We contributed to the definition of the design of the Arval Store developed by our partner Grottini by taking care of the Customer Experience aspect. Our goal was to create a welcoming and usable space, capable of making people feel at ease and offering a pleasant and relaxed shopping experience.
Starting from the elimination of dividers, physical elements, barriers and formalisms that could create distance between client and consultant, we have created wide-ranging and comfortable environments. Thanks to the synergy with our partner GrottiniLab, we have integrated the Shopper Analytics service into each Arval Store area. This service uses a stereoscopic sensor equipped with artificial intelligence to collect information on visitor flow, which is then displayed in a personalized dashboard.
