Design that puts the customer at the centre

We contributed to the definition of the design of the Arval Store developed by our partner Grottini by taking care of the Customer Experience aspect. Our goal was to create a welcoming and usable space, capable of making people feel at ease and offering a pleasant and relaxed shopping experience.

Starting from the elimination of dividers, physical elements, barriers and formalisms that could create distance between client and consultant, we have created wide-ranging and comfortable environments. From the moment they enter the store to the moment they pick up the vehicle, every detail has been taken care of to ensure an engaging experience where the customer is the main protagonist.
